What are your favorite new releases so far in 2008?

Now that we are past the halfway point for 2008, I'm curious to hear some of your thoughts regarding some of the new material that has graced the scene. It can be from any genre--Soul, R&B, Funk, Jazz, Blues, Country, Bluegrass, Celtic--whatever.

Definitely Lalah Hathaway's "Self Portrait", Dwele's "Sketches Of A Man" and Incognito's "Tales From The Beach". I'll list others as they come to me.
