DJ Speedy 'Supa Fine sessions' is the new programme on ICRadio will cover many different flavours such as Jazz,Funk,Soul,Hip-Hop and more.

There will be guest bands & artists passing by from time to time to talk about the latest releases and perform LIVE on air. There is the 'London To Tulsa connection' features on the programme has Cortez Johnson & Janet McCarty Smith keep us informed about the jazz scence in Oklahoma.

The type of artist music you can be heard and enjoyed on the programme are the likes of The Roots, Soulive, De La Soul, Breakestra, The Sound Stylistics, James Brown, Angie Stone, Luther Vandross, George Duke, Courtney Pine.

I am trying an experiment... I have started posting old school mixes online in the form of Podcasts and would like for you to check them out... Right now I have 4 mixes up with more to come... Eventually, I will be posting un-mixed compilations as well...

Up in the Attic is about a group of popular African American teenagers in the New Jersey suburbs who were struggling for spiritual, religious and social identity while falling victim to the vices of peer pressure, drugs, sex and more. The movie contains an overall positive message and contains adult language and content as it is a pro-education and anti-drug film. It contains youthful energy and colorful comedy which lightens up the subject matter.

Up in the Attic is a coming of age story about a group of popular teenagers in the New Jersey suburbs in the 1980’s hip hop era. They were influenced by various potent societal elements which included Hip Hop, Africentricity, The 5% Nation of Gods and Earths and the societal elements of drugs, sex and peer pressure which is common to many American teens. The film is laced with comedy, strong language and content, youthful energy and colorful characters. It will serve as an excellent tool for inter-generational dialogue.
