About yourself

I love funk, I breathe it like air. I waited until 26 before I bought a bass and I never got very good but I love to play funk on it. Can't stop drumming either - never had drums and I don't want any - I just drum on everything. Give me a big tin can and I'm suddenly Billy Cobham.

Also, you wouldn't catch me in a talent contest in a million years but I sing a lot. I always wanted to sing like Ronald Isley so I trained my voice to sing high, but because I hear lots of basslines I like, I've trained it to go low too.

I do a boring job (my fault) but I go home and put Motor Booty Affair on and I dance at home. Fanatical about good sound, I love my hifi.

My fave bands are the Isleys and Incognito (who I worship).
