Third World Nation Presents.....The Industry Rule Project
Third World Nation is a revolutionary state of mind. Compared to a third world country, Third World Nation is built on the same principles and conditions but have a deeper meaning. When you think of a third world country, words such as natural resources, oppression, exploitation, underdevelopment & revolution come to mind. Third world countries are being robbed of their natural resources, whether it be oil, diamonds or minerals, through exploitation by first and second world countries. The natives and people inhabiting the land are oppressed, mainly due to the exploitation and the underdevelopment of their economy. In return, due to the conflict and conditions of third world countries, their destiny is to be a revolutionary one.
Third World Nation is built on the same principles and conditions. Whereas, our natural resources are knowledge and innerstanding - self knowledge. Our natural resources are being exploited due to the suppression of information and false perceptions of reality. In return, the mind is oppressed and underdeveloped. Due to the conflicts and conditions, Third World Nation is a revolutionary state of mind.
Third World Nation represents balance and overstanding. Our aims are to:
(1)PROVIDE an outlet and a platform for artistic expression through creative arts.
(2)PRESENT information from an integral perspective to raise consciousness and awareness to higher levels.
(3)PROPOSE alternatives & solutions that will allow us to work together as a community and evolve.
THEINDUSTRY RULE PROJECT
TheINDUSTRY RULE PROJECT is the first project from Third World Nation whose aim is to destroy & rebuild the record industry to create a vibrant music community. We will accomplish this goal utilizing the CREATE>BUILD>MARKET Model. The main objectives of the model are to:
(1) CREATE awareness about the challenges & opportunities within the music industry.
(2) Provide the resources to BUILD the music community.
(3) Establish a MARKET to begin the process of building the community.
There are numerous companies, which are apart of the Third World network, that are contributing to theINDUSTRY RULE PROJECT. Those companies are:
Third World Writers, who publish the digital magazine.
Third World Radio, who will broadcast the radio show.
Third World Music, who will release mixtapes.
Third World Film, who will film documentaries.
Third World Awareness (Coming Soon), who will present lectures & workshops.
