Bio.Kirsten, the youngest of four sisters, was born in the Danish village of Humlebæk. Her father plays the cello and her mother plays the piano. Listening to all kinds of music is a big part of her life. Presently she lives in Copenhagen, and is working primarily at a daycare center/playground, besides being a singer/songwriter. She is creating music with producers in Denmark and in the USA. Her music is a mixture of soul, pop and jazz. Her strongest inspiration comes from listening to tunes from Billie Holiday and Stevie Wonder. After many years of serious songwriting, she is now beginning to sell her songs for the first time. The collaborations with different people inspire her, which can be heard in her music. Her dream is to share her songs with the world, and to hear them performed by talented singers. Perhaps one day she will perform her own songs, but at the moment she is content being a songwriter.
