Thank you Sy for sharing this great video with me, now I want to share it with everybody I can. Wow... this brought back some memories for me and some tears to my eyes 4 real. I remember when we couldn't be celebrated like this in some places, I remember Syretta, Phyllis, Nancy, all of these incredible women and how gifted they are, their timeless voices, their timeless beauty. I wanted to make this a little more personable than usual so here's a little history. I was a po black child from da projects and... lol! just kidding. True, but not going to start out like that.

My family was very musical and one of my older brothers, Michael Howard was a member of Zola Taylor's Platters. My father, Rev.
